The Beach Retreat completed her renovation earlier this year and it is a stunning take on a modern yet organic beach house, with loads of light, natural elements and clever use of space. All surrounded by native gardens and wildlife.
Right across the street is the local tennis court and a short 5 minute walk down Amethyst St and you are at the Beach, Cafe and Restaurant. Literally drive to the house then there is no need for your car again until you leave.
The Main house has 2 bedrooms, one King and one double plus an office. The Garden room has another 3 queen bedrooms, one with an ensuite and work space, plus a shared 3rd bathroom.
The outdoor space is spectacular with a large dining table, outdoor fire and bbq plus skylights that can be closed off when it is really hot. All of these leading out to a beautiful back yard for kids and big kids to enjoy.
The kitchen is a cook's paradise with large oven, cooktop, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher and every cooking tool you could possibly neeed.
