OUR PHILOSOPHY
The Greenhouse Retreats are a curated collection of privately owned holiday accommodation on the Central Coast NSW - privately managed by owner and founder Carla Luce.
We believe wellness and self care is not just one thing but many. Good food, movement, connections and most importantly taking a break.
The Greenhouse Retreats are a place to retreat, unwind, reconnect and take time to recharge with family and friends.
We want to share with our guests our unique spaces, and encourage self care through rest, connection and self care by sharing products and rituals like essential oils, herbal teas, meditation and organic spa products from iKOU.
We hope these rituals stays with our guests long after they leave our retreats.
All our properties are privately owned and managed by The Greenhouse Retreats. All our properties are STRA registered as per the NSW Code of Conduct Regulations.
Our Land
We would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land the Darkinjung and Guringai People, on which you will stand, and pay our respects to the Elders past and Present. We recognise their continuing connection to this land, these waters and our community.
We ask you honour and act with the utmost respect for the duration of your stay.
Our Management
Our Greenhouse philosophy is reflected in every retreat, this is why we are very particular with the homes we manage.
Houses must fit our rigorous criteria for unique space, luxury interiors and guest experience.
Our houses are not just a place to stay on The Central Coast, they are an experience in themselves and are therefore managed differently to traditional facilitators. All our houses are prepared prior to every new booking with our unique offering and expert attention to detail.

Wow & wow & wow - this spacious entertaining mansion was extraordinary on every level, and a truly magical setting for an unforgettable weekend of birthday and reunion celebrations with a large group of lifelong friends (6 couples staying, and 3 other couples visiting for extended meals & times). The amazing facilities, the glorious location and the fabulous host Carla, were all simply the best, In summary, a truly unique first-class house and location for any special occasion

Our Rituals
You will love all our little additions to encourage rituals and self care moments during your stay.
These include our range of cafe loose teas from TeaEsk:
- Breakfast for the morning ritual
- Lemongrass and Ginger for your afternoon pick me up
- Sleep Head to help you achieve your best sleep
You will also enjoy the De-Stress oil from iKOU in all our retreats. Add a few drops to the diffuser and feel the stress melt away

Our Planet
We have a Eco Policy in place to protect our planet
We discourage single use plastic, supplying reusable storage and baking options.
We encourage recycling and reducing waste during your stay.
No single use consumables or amenities are provided plus we provide keep cups for your morning coffee
Monitoring, measuring and modifying power consumption and usage at regular intervals
We Use Koala Eco for hand wash, dishwashing and laundry. They are committed to no new plastic and eco formulations. Plus they are beautiful to use.
We choose unbleached toilet and tissue from Eco Cheeks
We use smart apps to control pool equipment remotely and turn off all heating during the winter.
