This beautiful, light filled four bedroom home is a private haven in the trees - just a 350m walk to the beach.


Wake up in luxury with the sound of kookaburras and waves lapping on the beach. It's yours to enjoy, relax and make memories with your family and friends. This home away from home has all the comforts you expect - wifi, air conditioning and multiple living spaces to enjoy the peace and tranquility.

The White House is two levels with the master bedroom and ensuite located on the privacy of the ground floor. It has a king size bed, private television, bathroom with spacious walk in shower, free standing bath and separate toilet.

The main living area is upstairs with dining, kitchen and living area moving seamlessly onto the large outdoor deck. The comfortable lounge area provides multiple seating options including a full length built in bench seat with stunning views to the back garden and deck area.

The dining area comfortably seats 8 people with an additional five seats in the adjacent kitchen area. The dining looks out into the trees and the front verandah, a tranquil place in the morning sun.

THE WHITE HOUSE PEARL BEACH

Carla was an excellent host, she was really proactive and helpful. We asked to stay a further night and it was no trouble at all for her to organise. The property had a great flow from living, kitchen and dining that worked well for our group. Loved that the window seat had full windows that opened to enjoy the garden views. The kitchen was light, bright and felt like it was new. The house was only a short stroll to the beach which we enjoyed with our pup. We did some lovely walks to Patonga (not dog friendly) and took the ferry to Palm beach. We also walked to Umina around the ocean front. We loved the little restaurant on the water - The Amalfi, although you must book for a Saturday evening! Beds were comfortable and the fixture and fittings and soft furnishings were very tasteful. Loved that there was beach towels and sun cream to use. Carla had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable.

Wonderful property with great indoor and outdoor living spaces. Spotlessly clean. Perfect location for family holiday. Short walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything you needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms all beautifully decorated. Host was super attentive and arranged everything perfectly. We will definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at Carla's place. The accommodation was great, and very well equiped. The little details, like chocolate on beds, nice bath products etc, just made the experience extra nice.
