The kitchen complete with oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher is  fully stocked for the avid home cook,  complete with a selection of herbs and spices along with the signature Greenhouse Retreats local inclusions of Pukara Estate Olive Oil and Vinegar as well as teas and coffee.

The spacious bedrooms allow for up to 8 adults or 2 families with children with a total of 5 beds.

Enjoy your private pool or cedar hot tub, outdoor dining and lounge area plus a bbq for outdoor cooking.

Enjoy your stay in the treetops with easy access via the motorised lift which takes luggage and people up from the carport to the house.

Bimbimbie is only a short walk to the water, cafes and shopping where you will find great coffee, fresh bread and all your essentials. Kayak, fish or boat from Killcare wharf or head over to Killcare Beach only a short 5 min drive.

Bedroom Configuration:


  • Master Bedroom with King Bed, Ensuite and water views
  • Guest Bedroom with King Bed can be split into singles
  • Pavilion with King Bed - can be split into singles plus 2 Single Beds.  This room can be set up for 1 couple in a king bed or 4 single beds for 4 children, teenagers, singles or corporate/retreat guests.  The pavilion also has it's own bathroom.
  • A total of 5-7 beds available for 8 guests.

 Perched on the hill surrounded by Australian bush forest, with birdsong gently surrounding you. Be gently lifted into your harmonious abode by the inclinator which effortlessly carries you and your luggage up to the house. Once arrived, enjoy full views of stunning gardens, with glimpses of the sea. The entire front of the huge kitchen living area opens up with concertina glass door, melding indoors and out.

Fully private, impeccable plunge pool out the front of the expansive deck off the living area. Featured hot tub nestled into the back expansive garden, again fully private. Each room an oasis of space and views. Two bedrooms ensuited and the third with access to its own bathroom. Superb quality finishes throughout. Top quality appliances. Extremely comfortable furniture, a place to really let go and let the stresses of life simply dissipate while you soak in the beauty of this incredible property.

Where do I start with how gorgeous this house and surrounds are! It had a wonderful way of making you feel right at home, while also feeling like you are living in luxury. It was perfectly appointed with beautiful and interesting furniture. I loved how it felt so peaceful and private, nestled up among the trees with distant water views as well. The pool was absolutely pristine with a lovely outlook. And if that wasn't enough - there's also a wooden hot tub to enjoy - either during the day or under the stars. A short walk to the water and cute cafe/bakery. The host was wonderful and responsive too. There are lots of other things I loved, but those are a few key highlights. 10/10.

A really beautiful property in an extremely peaceful & picturesque setting perfectly located to explore the best elements of this part of the central coast. For 2 families of 4 this was such a great house to give everyone enough space to feel comfortable whilst providing amazing areas for everyone to gather - the kids absolutely loved the pool (and swim-jet!), jacuzzi and surrounding bushland whilst the deck & bbq area was perfect for a sundowner (or two) and alfresco dinner each night. Carla was an amazing host, always helpful and responsive. I really couldn't recommend this property more for anyone looking for a very stylish home in Killcare that would work brilliantly for a large/extended family or 2 small families as we were - it's one of the best properties I've encountered, nothing to fault. From the moment we stepped into this hidden gem tucked away in the bush, we knew we were in for a treat. The design of the house takes full advantage of its natural surroundings, providing a tranquil haven where we could truly unwind. Watching the sun set casting a golden glow over Brisbane waters, was a moment of serenity.
The obviously curated art collection added a touch of interest to every corner, making us feel like we were living in a gallery and with such breathtaking views, we found ourselves rarely reaching for the TV remote. This short stay was more than just a getaway; it left us feeling fully recharged and grateful for the opportunity to escape.
