"It was perfectly appointed with beautiful and interesting furniture."

Where do I start with how gorgeous this house and surrounds are! It had a wonderful way of making you feel right at home, while also feeling like you are living in luxury. It was perfectly appointed with beautiful and interesting furniture. I loved how it felt so peaceful and private, nestled up among the trees with distant water views as well. The pool was absolutely pristine with a lovely outlook. And if that wasn't enough - there's also a wooden hot tub to enjoy - either during the day or under the stars. A short walk to the water and cute cafe/bakery. The host was wonderful and responsive too. There are lots of other things I loved, but those are a few key highlights. 10/10.

THE WHITE HOUSE AT PEARL BEACH - Emma January 24

Carla was an excellent host, she was really proactive and helpful. We asked to stay a further night and it was no trouble at all for her to organise. The property had a great flow from living, kitchen and dining that worked well for our group. Loved that the window seat had full windows that opened to enjoy the garden views. The kitchen was light, bright and felt like it was new. The house was only a short stroll to the beach which we enjoyed with our pup. We did some lovely walks to Patonga (not dog friendly) and took the ferry to Palm beach. We also walked to Umina around the oceanfront. We loved the little restaurant on the water - The Amalfi, although you must book for a Saturday evening! Beds were comfortable and the fixture and fittings and soft furnishings were very tasteful. Loved that there was beach towels and suncream to use. Carla had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a corporate team-building weekend at this property and exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how stunning the place was.

It looked more beautiful than the photos, which is rare to find these days.

The cleanliness, the building details, the windows and doors, security features, garage spaces, and entertainment facilities including the cookware, the retreat area, pool and books provided were phenomenal!

The host Carla, was fantastic and went out of her way to accommodate our plans. She was proactive, responsive and friendly and her instruction web link was impressive and helpful. Carla is a rare breed and you won't be disappointed!

I cannot recommend this Airbnb property enough. If you're considering booking this property, don't hesitate!

Carla was a fantastic host. The house was beautiful, the photos don't do it justice. It had everything we needed and ample space for activities. The beach is very close so we had easy access to the water. We look forward to staying again in the future.

THE BEACH RETREAT

The house was spotless when we arrived and it matched the photos on the website. All communication with the host (Carla) before, during and after our stay was friendly and efficient. The spaces in the house worked really well for our family of 6. The beds and other furnishings were comfortable and the house was very tastefully decorated throughout. We really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and the Christmas lights in the garden were a nice touch! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book it for another family holiday.

Light airy with lots of space to hang out, but also nice private spaces to be alone. Minutes from the beach, and with an absolutely beautiful back garden.
The house was immaculately clean and beyond well equipped, and the team at GHR couldn’t have been more helpful, providing advice on caterers, masseuses and more.
