Upstairs you will find a further TV room or adults retreat plus an office loft with 2 desks and a bathroom.


The main living area incorporates a huge kitchen plus butlers kitchen - this flows on to the indoor dining  and lounge area with smart tv and gas fireplace.  Ducted sonos throughout the house as well as ducted heating and cooling plus ceiling fans.


Outside more outdoor dining and lounge area and a spectacular fire pit.

 

The yoga/meditation room is ideal for your morning practice or evening meditation. 


Thoughtfully designed with the focus being on space and light, and allowing families to travel together without any compromise.

This spacious entertaining mansion was extraordinary on every level, and a truly magical setting for an unforgettable weekend of birthday and reunion celebrations with a large group of lifelong friends (6 couples staying, and 3 other couples visiting for extended meals ×s). The amazing facilities, the glorious location and the fabulous host Carla, were all simply the best, In summary, a truly unique first-class house and location for any special occasion

Our stay at Launa was superb. The property is perfectly appointed for large families, so spacious and comfortable. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to cafes/restaurants etc. Carla was so lovely and helpful with any question we had. The weekend stay was perfect. From booking to the actual weekend getaway everything was wonderful. The home itself is much bigger than we expected. It’s private, well placed and has wonderful accommodation as well as entertainment areas. We were a family of 10 adults and thoroughly enjoyed the luxury of this beautiful home.
