Our Digital Guides have all our recommendations including restaurants, cafes and activities. This is updated regularly. This will be sent to you once you have booked so you can start planning your trip.

Pets

Pets welcome - $100 pet fee charged

Security deposit

A credit card charge of $1000 for Security Deposit is taken at check in, this is via credit card pre authorisation.  $2500 for Launa. 

Any damage or additional cleaning required will be deducted from this after check out.

Absolutely no events or parties are permitted at any of our properties

Cameras  and Monitors on site

All our retreats are fitted with a security camera at the front door or gate  - there are no cameras inside or in the outdoor common areas, cameras are set to sensor while the house is unoccupied for security.

All our retreats are fitted with a noise monitor - excess and prolonged noise past the quiet hours of 10pm will activate a notification to our team and guest will be sent to our management team. Disruptions to neighbours may result in eviction.

All our retreats have electronic keypads for added security with unique codes for every guest.

Events and Parties

We do not allow parties and have very strict occupancy limits at all our properties.
