Sweat - Plunge - Repeat - Contrast Therapy at Moso House
Contrast therapy at Moso House Pearl Beach is included in your stay.

The Pool
The Moso House pool is heated, private and beautifully positioned to catch the morning and afternoon light. It's surrounded by natural stone and lush planting — the kind of pool that you swim in, yes, but also simply sit beside. Morning laps, afternoon floats, evening swims under the stars. It's available to guests around the clock, which means no timetables, no sharing, no noise from neighbouring guests. Just yours.
The Sauna
Dry heat, properly done. The sauna at Moso House is from Revel and reaches genuine therapeutic temperatures. It has enough space for your 2 adults to use together and take it all to yourself.
We recommend starting your sauna sessions in the morning — 15 to 20 minutes, followed immediately by the cold plunge. The contrast is extraordinary. The benefits of contrast therapy are huge. You can find out more information on contrast therapy and the benefits of Sauna and Cold plunge here at the Revel website.
The Ice Bath
Cold water immersion has had a cultural moment — but at Moso House it's not a trend. It's a considered addition to a wellness offering designed to actually work. The ice bath is maintained weekly and refilled after each guest. We set it at 10 degrees but you can change that to what ever suits you and your wellness journy. Jump in after a sauna for 5 minutes or even a 2-minute plunge will leave you feeling alert, alive and dramatically better than you did before you got in.
The science behind cold plunging is robust: elevated norepinephrine levels, improved mood and energy, reduced inflammation, and better sleep quality that evening. After a sauna session, it's genuinely one of the best things you can do for your body.
The Full Experience
What makes Moso House exceptional isn't any single amenity in isolation — it's the way these elements combine with the setting, the design and the hosting philosophy of The Greenhouse Retreats. Every detail has been considered. The linens. The lighting. The 3pm check-out that means your last morning can include one final sauna session before you hit the road.
This is what elevated hospitality looks like.
