COVID 19 SAFETY
We have implemented the following action plan to protect our guests and contractors from Covid 19
We are following the NSW Health guidelines in regards to managing the spread of covid. We have amplified our usual high level of cleaning to include the following.
Allowing at least 1-2 days between guests
Cleaning and disinfecting all touchable surfaces
Cleaners to wear masks and gloves during cleaning
Cleaners to have all windows and doors open during cleaning where practical
All linen laundered at disinfecting temperatures
Provide extra hand sanitiser and disinfectant for guests
In addition to this we will be setting up a sanitiser station at the front door we ask all guests apply this before entry. This has 70% alcohol.
Covid App and Guest Register:
We have a unique check in code, please check in with this at the front door before entry, all guests staying at the house must check in. No addition guests other than those on the booking are permitted at the house.
We ask all adults staying at the retreat download the covid safe app and have it running at all times.
We also ask if any guest has had covid or been in contact with someone who has covid is identified and are able to provide documentation of their negative test.
We ask anyone travelling from overseas or interstate are also identified prior to check in. We ask for proof of 2 week isolation prior to staying at the Retreats.
If any guests feels unwell during their stay we encourage them to self isolate and get tested immediately.
All contractors and cleaners attending the house are also required to check in and are not permitted on site if they have had any flue like symptoms with a negative covid test
Our usual pantry supplies have been limited to nespresso pods, loose leaf teas in small pouches (enough for one group), tea bags and long life milk. We continue to provide sealed salt and pepper, olive oil and vinegar however basic pantry products like flour and sugar have been removed during this time.
Out and About:
Please be mindful of our local community - keep a safe distance 1.5 metres at all times. Follow the occupancy limits for all our local business's and if you are unwell, please stay in and get tested ASAP.
We are providing extra hand washing stations and refills along with signage on how to wash your hands correctly.
Only Guests as part of the booking are permitted in the house at any time. We encourage a safe distance between guests from different households of 1.5metres. Any contractors attending the house must keep a 1.5 social distance from all guests at all times.
The safety of our guests and contractors are of the upmost importance and we appreciate your transparency and honesty in regards to staying covid safe.
